This full Titanium folder is designed for ease of transport, allowing you to take a high performance bicycle with you on all your travels or to easily stash the bike at your place of work after a commute.

This bike is the brainchild of Dr. Mike Yap who, notably, designed the highly touted Airnimal folding bike line out of Cambridge in the U.K. His intent here was to design a highly capable and practically indestructible bicycle that, due to it's compact fold, would not encumber it's Owner like a large fixed frame bike would. That is why he chose Titanium as an uncompromising material to build his bike from. It is stronger and lighter than steel or aluminum and will not corrode. It also absorbs the roughness and chatter of the road or trail better than those other materials, making for a smoother more comfortable ride.

Dr. Yap's design resulted in a tight handling, fast accelerating, crisp shifting bicycle with a super wide gear range for ease of climbing or descending any hill.

The frame, including fork, rear triangle, stem, handlebar, and seatpost are all Titanium. The frameset was fabricated here in the U.S. by Lynskey Titanium Bicycles in Chattanooga, TN.

This particular bike was kept as a Demo for our shop and has approximately 25 miles on it, so it's a new bike for all intents and purposes and is mechanically and cosmetically perfect.

Some things to note: though the Burke folds in Three, much like the Brompton Bicycle. The Titanium seatpost slides through an aluminum sleeve which may scratch the seatpost over time. Scratches are easily removed through use of a 3M scratch pad.

Transmission: 1x11 wide range, Litepro lightweight crankset with 53T chainring and aluminum guard, SRAM 10t-42t, 11-speed cassette on XD driver, Shimano XT Shadow derailleur with clutch, Shimano 11-speed trigger shifter. Gear range - extremely wide 23 - 91 gear inches.

Wheels: 20" 406mm., Alex DA 16 32-hole aluminum double walled rims, cartridge bearing hubs, Maxxis Overdrive Excel 20"x1.35" 100PSI tires.

Brakes: Shimano XT V-Brake calipers with AVID Speed Dial 7 brake levers.

Cockpit: 31.6mm Titanium seatpost, Fizik' Aliante saddle, ESI silicone grips.
