Availability: All products are subject to availability and prior sale. All prices appearing in our store or website are subject to change without prior notice. Portapedal Bike is not responsible for printing errors or other errors appearing in our store or website. All orders are subject to acceptance by Portapedal Bike, Inc.

Lost, Stolen, or Misplaced Orders: It is the responsibility of PortaPedal Bike, as Retailer, to send your item with a Tracking Number via an established Shipper. It is the Buyer's responsibility to provide a safe and secure mailbox or area to receive the package. PortaPedal Bike's responsibility for the package ends once the Shipper sends notification that the package has been "Delivered" to the given address. After that, it is the Buyer's responsibility for resolving the issue of a lost, damaged, or misplaced package with the Shipper. In these cases, Refunds will not be issued.

In the event of extenuating circumstances as determined by PortaPedal Bike, the items previously purchased will be re-sent with a Signature Requested of the Recipient.

Purchases flagged as "Fraud": If a purchase through our website is flagged as possible "Fraud", a Refund will be made minus a 3% transaction fee.

Brompton bicycle purchases: Please note before purchasing a Brompton bike from our website. The Bromptons sold here-in are solely for the personal use of the Buyer and not for the purposes of re-sale. We are licensed to ship Bromptons only to a U.S. residential address or the Buyer’s U.S. place of business. If you wish to purchase more than two Bromptons, you must call beforehand. If you are U.S. Military, please call for details regarding shipping to a Military post office.

Out-of-State purchase of Electric powered bikes: Electric bicycles purchased and shipped out of Arizona will be subject to the following conditions: If there is a manufacturer defect in the electrical system, PortaPedal Bike, Inc. will first attempt to solve the issue remotely, replace the battery if deemed defective, or if necessary, have the bike shipped back to the shop for diagnostic repair. In these cases, the Bike Owner will be responsible for the cost of shipping one-way. For normal maintenance, firmware upgrades or recalls, Bike Owner will be responsible for the cost of shipping both ways. Bike Owner is encouraged to save all boxes and packing material for these purposes.

Upon examination, if an assumed warranty issue is determined to be due to misuse or normal wear and tear, the Bike Owner will be responsible for shipping both ways. These conditions apply only to the contiguous United States. For bikes taken outside of the contiguous United States, the above terms do not apply. All maintenance or repairs become the sole responsibility of the Owner in this case.

Phone Orders: For purchases over $500, a Phone Order requires documentation that Buyer lives at the Shipping Address, that Buyer is associated with the Billing Address of the Credit Card used for the purchase, and a copy of the Buyer's Drivers License be transmitted to PortaPedal Bike before item is shipped. If Buyer does not have a Drivers License, another picture I.D. may be used. Contact us for more info.

Shipped bikes: Bikes that are sent to the Buyer will require some minor assembly. If the Buyer is uneasy with this, it will be the Buyer's responsibility to bring the bike to their local bike shop to have this done.

Before bikes are packed and shipped, they will be thoroughly checked and tuned. Handling during shipping may cause some components to go out of tune. If this occurs, it is the responsibility of the Buyer to adjust the affected components or bring the bike to your local bike shop to have it done.

Pre-Owned/Demo Bike sales: All Pre-Owned or Demo Bikes are sold "AS-IS" with no implied Warranty.

Notice: Some suppliers suggest retail prices and/or market their products to consumers at a set retail price. This is commonly referred to as an MSRP. You may see MSRP prices on our website or in-store.

Website: Prices on our website are in effect until they are removed from the page unless otherwise noted. Clearance items have limited quantities, sizes/colors may no longer be available, and these items may not be available in our retail stores.

Payment: Our website and in-store prices are in U.S. currency. You may use American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, Paypal or mail us a money order or personal check drawn on U.S. funds. Promotions: Discounts are applied to the lowest-priced item.

Pricing: With respect to items sold by us through our website or in-store, we cannot confirm the final price of an item until you complete your order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our website or catalog may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
