Pre-Owned, very lightly used, Moulton XTB. This bike was originally built up here in our shop with custom components. It has under 200 miles of easy pavement riding. Cosmetically, it is in perfect showroom condition, absolutely pristine. Mechanically, everything is in as-new working condition with no wear evident on any of the components.

This XTB frameset was handmade at "The Hall", the Moulton factory in Bradford-upon-Avon. Custom build by PortaPedal Bike. The Moulton XTB is a contemporary interpretation of one of Alex Moulton's most innovative designs: the AM-ATB. It was the world's first double suspended mountain bike. The Moulton XTB brings full suspension comfort to all kinds of rough roads, trails, and gravel paths. the double suspension not only isolates you from the surface chatter, but keeps both tires tracking when the going gets tough, providing greater stability and safety. The separable frame allows the bike to pack down to a small size quickly for easy transport to the trailhead.

SPECIFICATION HIGHLIGHTS: Frame: Moulton separable space-frame fillet-brazed construction with Columbus Spirit, Kaisei NiCroMo and Reynolds' steel tubing. Stainless steel dropouts; adjustable Moulton leading link front suspension fork, and adjustable rear rubber cone suspension.

Transmission: 1x11 speed, Shimano Alfine 170mm crankset with Raceface 44t narrow/wide chainring and alloy chainguard, Shimano XT Shadow rear derailleur, S-Ride 11-speed 11-36 cassette, 23"-75" gear range, MicroShift XLE11 bar end shifter index/friction.

Wheels: Velocity Dyad double-wall alloy rims 36 spoke, Shimano Deore XT hubs front and rear, DT Champion 14g spokes; Schwalbe Billy Bonkers 20 x 2,0 tires.

Included: Fizik R7 saddle, MKS Lambda Quick Release pedals, Lizard Skins DPS bar wrap on FSA drop 42cm Adventure bar, Tektro long pull drop bar brake levers, TRP Spyke mechanical rear disc brake caliper, 140mm rear rotor, front V-brake Shimano Deore. Bike comes complete with Minoura Water Bottle Cage Black, Rear Day Rack, and Rear Day Bag, included, but not shown in photos.
